The Hong Kong Jockey Club is one of the world’s finest membership clubs where Members enjoy access to some of the finest hospitality and events at the Club’s Clubhouses and Racecourses. At the heart of the Club is a team of over 1,800 hospitality professionals, dedicated to service excellence. A new extension of Happy Valley Clubhouse, The Hilltop in the Valley, will officially open in 2020, providing over 500 employment opportunities.

While most brands place ads on recruitment sites, we treated recruitment as an integrated thematic brand campaign, aiming to attract quality people to our recruitment event. By showing how important talent is to us, the HKJC proved itself as a standard bearer in hospitality and engages existing staff through different communication channels and messages.

As a result, the effort to engage colleagues and potential working population was successful by receiving extraordinary feedback and outcomes.
