We were tasked with producing a pivotal event for Marriott International in 2019 being the General Managers Summit, and BMSC Conference. The audience attending comprised of over 1800 guests being General Managers, Marketing, Brand and Sales Leaders, and key Marriott International Senior Leadership.
We have worked with Marriott APAC extensively in the past, and in 2019 our appointed scope of work would take place 2 years since the birth of the world’s largest travel company and the integration of Starwood into the Marriott family. We knew the team still faced internal misalignment as the two cultures combined and were growing and influencing each other. For Marriott the importance of training and education at the event would be vital. It was our scope to also take the experiental and content driven yet to be launched Bonvoy travel programme, weaving it through every part of the conference touchpoints.
