To upend consumers’ expectation of low-price and fast furniture image of IKEA, this campaign provided consumers for experiencing our solution with more inspirations in real life and designed a series of experiential activities by cooperating with an existing hotel and created unique recommendations for IKEA solutions for every family. We created not only a physical experience to consumers but also amplified this campaign via influencers’ unbox posts/video and DCO (dynamic creative optimization) presenting tailor-made messages to all people in Taiwan. Most importantly, this campaign became an overnight sensation and it led to double-digit growth on store visitation, sales, and quality perception.
