This work demonstrated our creativity in all the efforts to organize an event with limited budget while creating the maximum impacts under the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic. Although the company faced with limited resources, the effectiveness of the event was not compromised. This required the team to set a higher bar for planning and execution to balance three main priorities: to accomplish all the goals set for this event; to ensure health and safety upon all parties involved and to meet financial obligations – or at least to reduce losses.

The event managed to create a unique experience for customers, which in turn increase brand engagement, generate positive awareness about insurance and encourage customers to get protection through insurance, all with very low costs.
