    This award recognises the best audio and visual solution that visually enhanced the event to engage the audience creatively and innovatively, resulting in a unique experience for the audience.

  • C03. Best Brand Activation

    This award recognises the most effective, attention-grabbing brand activation that demonstrates relevance, creativity, and audience engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, product launches, social media activation, virtual events, and other similar activities.

  • C04. Best Brand Experience - B2B

    This award recognises commercial events aimed at business customers or trade partners. Entries should demonstrate how brands use innovative technology to provide unique and immersive digital experiences to the audience.

  • C05. Best Brand Experience - B2C

    This award recognises the best event that was aligned with the brand’s objectives and delivered the best consumer experience.

  • C06. Best Business Solution

    This category emphasises how business objectives are met through understanding the brand's challenges and how these outcomes were achieved, as well as how the event was delivered, which includes pre-event research, creativity, innovation in content, logistics, and post-event analysis.

  • C07. Best Content Marketing

    This award recognises the best content-driven campaign or event of a larger campaign that demonstrated how the content was infused throughout the campaign or specific events, as well as evidence that it had a positive and tangible effect on the audience’s experience.

  • C08. Best Corporate Event

    This category recognises an outstanding corporate or business event that effectively engaged with its audience and achieved business core objectives, including on a virtual platform that offers a unique online experience.

  • C09. Best Cost-Effective Event

    This award will celebrate the most cost-effective event held. Entrants will be required to provide the overall breakdown cost which creates a high impact and delivers great results on a small budget.

  • C10. Best Creative Idea

    This award recognises an exceptional event that was both creative and innovative. Entries must demonstrate how the event engaged with its audience through innovation, visual design, entertainment, and the use of technology.

  • C11. Best Digital Experience

    This award recognises the best event or campaign that reached its target audience effectively and conveyed the message through digital platforms such as social media, live feeds, Extended Reality (AR/VR/MR), and more on any interactive platform enhancing customer experience.

  • C12. Best Engaging Event

    This category recognises any type of event that reaches an exceptional level of audience engagement. The entry should demonstrate creativity, innovative tactics, and a variety of engagement options that helped increase audience interaction. Results should include engagement strategy, key metrics, and KPIs in relation to the client’s objectives

  • C13. Best Event Production

    This award recognises the most creative and exceptional event production that increased the experience, and audience engagement, demonstrating an understanding of the target market. Entrants should provide evidence of originality, the approach of innovation in creativity, work within a set budget, and how the event was produced against specific objectives.

  • C14. Best Experiential Marketing

    This award recognises the event that creates the best brand experience through technology, innovation, and creativity to meet core business objectives and audience engagement with fully immersive experiences that bring brands to life and allow the target audience to interact with them.

  • C15. Best Game Changer

    This award recognises the most outstanding event and best brand experience that demonstrated a game-changing experience.Provide elements of innovation and differentiation, showing how it is out of the box or a step above the rest.

  • C16. Best Gamification

    This award recognises gamification that uses game-like elements and digital techniques (in-app games, e-sports, video games) to enhance the experience, interaction, and brand loyalty. Entry should include innovation, strategies, and evidence of how gamification improves brand awareness and encourages customer engagement.

  • C17. Best Health & Wellness Event

    This award recognises the event that promotes health, work-life balance, and overall well-being that drives brand awareness and increases customer engagement, which inspires and educates people to cultivate better health and well-being.

  • C18. Best Hybrid Event

    This category recognises the most immersive event experience through a mix of virtual and live event elements. Entries should show the level of personalised experience and seamless integration of technology that facilitated participation between live and virtual audiences while remaining true to their authenticity and creative ideas in achieving business objectives.

  • C19. Best Incentive

    This award recognises corporate-related events or activities that are intended to reinforce the relationship or achievement of specific goals and serve as a reward to customers, employees, or partners. You can include an incentive that addresses the needs and support of employees and customers during the pandemic as well as how this improves morale and productivity.

  • C20. Best Integrated Marketing

    This award recognises the best brand experience that effectively engages their consumer markets through an integrated marketing strategy that used at least three channels and how these were skilfully deployed to achieve the brand’s strategy and objectives.

  • C21. Best Launch

    This category is awarded to the event that first launched, re-launched, or repositioned a product or service. Entries should demonstrate the innovative approach and evidence of seamless execution, as well as how the creative ideas contributed to the achievement of core business objectives.

  • C22. Best Live Event

    This award recognises the most innovative live (in-person) event. Evidence of how you carried out a high-tech, hyper-creative event that engaged audiences before, during, and after the final act. Show how you transformed a mundane space or programme into an exciting and memorable experience for all.

  • C23. Best Live Streaming Experience

    This category recognises the best live-streamed event (including pre-recorded videos streamed live) that increased engagement through technology and effectively leveraged platforms to improve the overall experience. Entries should include innovative marketing strategies, show seamless execution, and demonstrate success through measurable engagement rates, impact, and ROI.

  • C24. Best Media Event

    This award recognises media or press-related events targeted at journalists, bloggers, and/or influencers. Entry should include measurable results that amplify the brand’s presence and how the media is immersed in a brand experience.

  • C25. Best Outdoor Event

    This category is awarded to all types of outdoor events, whether large-scale or small-scale pop-up stores. This may include any activities/events or as part of a larger integrated campaign to assist brands in increasing engagement with their target audience and attracting sponsorship.

  • C26. Best PR Stunt

    This award recognises the most innovative, out-of-the-box marketing campaign designed to generate buzz and get people talking. Entries should evidence clever marketing strategies for increasing brand exposure, customer loyalty, and public awareness.

  • C27. Best Public Event

    This award recognises events that have significant contributions to promoting public events by raising awareness of specific causes, providing entertainment and performance, and contributing to social and cultural cohesion, diversity, and cultural development.

  • C28. Best Retail/Mall/Pop Up Event

    This award recognises the best event setup inside a mall and/or retailer environment,including pop-up shops, e-commerce platforms, and showrooms that creatively engage shoppers through activities or programs.

  • C29. Best Sponsorship

    This award recognises the most creative and innovative way of executing the sponsorship activities and how they have achieved the brand’s objectives whilst reaching a targeted audience. Entries should clearly state the objective of sponsorship, demonstrate creative examples of activation and/or engagement with the wider audience, and show relevancy to the event and stakeholders.

  • C30. Best Sports Event

    This award recognises the most innovative and effective live (in-person) sports/e-sport event, including but not limited to competitions, tournaments, sports activities, gaming, etc.

  • C31. Best Sustainability

    This award recognises an event that promotes and raises environmental awareness and integrates sustainable green practices that strive for sustainability. Entries should include evidence of sustainability planning, demonstrate positive social impacts, and have a long-term impact on the wider community.

  • C32. Best Trade Show/Exhibition/Conference

    This award recognises the most innovative and flawlessly executed event to meet core business objectives through effective communication, engagement, and exceptional experience throughout the entire event journey. Entries should include the event budget as well as a critical path or proof of production components and how they were managed.

  • C33. Best Use of Influencer

    This category awards the most effective use of KOL/influencer to raise brand awareness with exceptional results. The judges will be looking for creativity and content to generate viral buzz to promote the event while meeting core objectives and ROI.

  • C34. Best Use of Technology

    This award recognises the most effective use of technology. Entries should show how you used technological advances to generate buzz, increase audience engagement, and enhance customer experience.

  • C35. Best Virtual Event Experience

    This award recognises the best interactive virtual or hybrid event, which includes festivals, entertainment, training workshops, webinars, and virtual conferences/trade shows.

  • C36. Innovative Use of Virtual Platform

    This award recognises the best virtual or hybrid event hosted on single or multiple platforms using cutting-edge technology. Judges will be looking for seamless integration with the event’s objectives as well as evidence of effective communication, engagement, and experience throughout the event.

  • AG01. Best Boutique Agency

    This award recognises small-sized agencies that have proven significant accomplishments while delivering excellent results. Open to agencies with no more than 20 employees, limited to independent agencies only, and any start-up with a minimum of 24 months in operations.

  • AG02. Best Brand Experience Agency

    This award recognises agencies that deliver the best event/experiential marketing solutions, as well as those who specialise in holistic brand building and creation for brands, their consumers, and employees, in order to provide an extraordinary brand experience for end-users.

  • AG03. Best Event Organiser

    This award recognises event organisers who have excelled and set the industry standard. The entry should demonstrate how the team provided a truly unique experience for the audience, showcased creative solutions with flawless execution, and aligned with the client’s goals.

  • AG04. Best Event Products/Services

    This category recognises all types of robust products or services that have been implemented and used to maximise value, and functionality and substantially elevated the experience and scaled up event capabilities. This includes but is not limited to physical products and solutions like APPs, platforms, software, and AV systems.

  • P01. Agency Head of the Year

    This award recognises the heads of agencies nationally who have individually done the most to advance their agency/network in the industry.

  • P02. Event Strategist of the Year

    This award recognises the best agency or in-house professionals who have implemented strategic solutions through innovation, creativity, and technology.

  • P03. Best Event Marketing Team

    This award recognises the best teamwork before and during the event that resulted in brand recognition, customer engagement, meeting business objectives, and ROI. Judges will look for examples of teamwork, overcoming obstacles, and the success of events measured by tangible results.

  • GP01. Best of Brand Experience

    This category is only applicable to brand campaigns and cannot be entered directly.
    The judges will decide and present this ultimate accolade to the entry with the highest aggregated score as determined by our points below. To be eligible, you must have at least two (2) wins with a minimum one gold and the most gold wins, followed by Silver and Bronze in the same campaign.

    Points are allocated as follows:
    Gold – 10 points
    Silver – 8 points
    Bronze – 6 points
