MTR advertising “Innovate Festival” has been a powerful platform for advertisers to stage impressive and innovative campaigns at selected MTR stations in Hong Kong since 2009.
However, with increasingly fierce competition and diminishing of creativity from advertisers, starting 2016, they have organized “MTR Advertising – Innovative Festival CREATIVE CONTEST” and first time started to invite tertiary students to participate. The aim of the design contest is to rejuvenate the Innovate Festival event that started since 2009 and to foster creativity, as well as to provide an opportunity for students to showcase their creative ideas, talents and skills. This also helped to introduce and educate the tertiary students about MTR advertising in early stages as they are the future of the advertising industry.
Since 2016, JCDecaux Transport has organized “Innovate Festival Creative Contest” to invite students of tertiary education to unleash their creativity and innovate idea for MTR advertising Innovate Festival.
It provides students an opportunity to realize their innovative ideas in MTR Stations.
