Projects entered can include conferences, meetings, product launches and hospitality programmes. Corporate in-house teams, tourism boards, agencies, suppliers and venues are encouraged to enter the awards for 2017.
Entries and nominations will be accepted from Greater China region. All entries should include achievements within the period of 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2017. Written entries which exclude achievements within the stated period will be disqualified. Haymarket reserves the right to reject work it feels does not comply with the spirit of the awards.

Early entry fee for each submission: US$220
Entry fee for each submission received after 31 March, 2017: US$250
A separate fee is required for each category submission. Entry fees are due upon submission. No refunds will be made for incorrect, withdrawn or disqualified entries. Entries unpaid by 4 May, 2017 may be disqualified and Haymarket Media Limited will retain the right to claim for unpaid entry fees. All entries should follow the Event Marketing Awards entry template. Entries that do not follow the template will not be eligible.
The awards will be independently judged by a panel of at least 20 judges. The judging panel have been selected by Campaign Asia-Pacific and great care is taken in selecting a jury comprising of the right balance of specialist knowledge, experience and objectivity.
The 2017 Event Marketing Awards aim to recognise and celebrate companies applying best practice to the creation, planning, production and management of innovative and successful events in China. Entries included Industry Sector, Event Agency, Event Supplier, People & Team Awards categories etc.
Judges will look for how client objectives were met through research, planning, challenges faced in planning and execution phase, creativity and innovation. Please include client testimonials, post event report with key statistics, evidence on ROI.
